bubbling mead
Mead bubbling that's what happens after you add the yeast to make it into alcoholic, not pretty and doesn't smell so great, but in a few weeks we'll re-bottle it and it will look and smell better.

Now this is the way to drink mead! Doesn't that look yummy? And it was adding berries and a bit of apple cider makes it all the better!
....oh and we just started a new batch of mead that should be drinkable in a couple of months or so.

homemade wallet
I hate carrying around a purse but I need something to carry my IDs in so I decided to make my own. My son is the same way so I made him one too. This is it. Not bad, if you're just looking to for something to hold a little bit of money, business cards and your ID. He loves it as much as I love mine.

sitting pretty?
Hanging at a park in Harrisburg VA waiting on poppa to get there. Not sure what this little girl is doing, pouting or playing, but I love the way she's sitting. I swear as an adult if I sat like that I would need a crane to get me up and a few x-rays to see if I broke any bones. LOL

angels' balloons
It really sucks knowing angel babies & toddlers that are in heaven. On this day we were asked by Bettina to send some balloons to heaven for her son, who would have been one this year. All children need to have a party on their birthday. And we decided to release 9 balloons for all the angel babies we knew....9 angel babies is a lot of sadness...and we wanted the angels to each have a balloon to play with in heaven on little Noah's birthday. Happy birthday in heaven.

You know when you are there at the right moment and it happens and you know it? This wasn't one of them. I told T to look at me and she looked down, didn't want to look at me. Took only one photo but man did it turn out right. Cleaned it up a bit and make it black and white....wow I really love how it turned out. She is so photogenic.

Look who fell asleep on the couch! And she told me she wasn't tired when I told her to go upstairs and put her pj's on. I guess it was a busy day for little T.

Mannie is a great cat very loveable, but very vocal. If you forget to feed her, even if 5 minutes late she's tell you all about it.
