pretty flower

I'm not sure what type of flowers they are, but I know that they're pretty. If you know, let me know. As I was walking to the bus stop this afternoon I noticed them by a mailbox. Had to stop and take a photo of them on the way home.

spider web

A big spider web...don't know where the spider is. We see it in the morning waiting for the bus, but not when the kids get off the bus. I might have to bring my camera in the morning just to take a photo of the spider to show you how big it is.

Vito needs a soft spot

When you take away his pillow from his chair he finds something soft to cushion his bottom. That could be why he's in the old washtub that I use as a planter. That or either he's ready to pounce on a tiger in the jungle. LOL

Getting your children to eat healthy some times is hard. BUT when we have grapes in the house not a problem here. See I'm getting a bowl for my grapes, momma!

And I thought I had a long day. Walking into the house after a busy day I see Edd was sound asleep in the chair. To cute not to snap a photo of her, guess she's can fit ~sort of~ in the chair. ;-)~

newborn toes

Got to see a newborn today. Lil miss K was born yesterday and I got to see her when she was about 24 hours old. It was a great feeling to see her momma feed and hold her. Ahhh the love of newborns there is nothing else like it.

statue of St Mary

I've been thinking of taking photos of her for a very long time. I go to school around St Joseph Hospital in Atlanta. Today, was the day I decided to do it. She stands by the side of the road by herself in front of a house. Makes you wonder if the people even see her as they are going by.

Something about statues of St Mary make me want to say. "Holy Mary, mother of God, blesses are thou among women and blessed are the fruit of that womb Jesus."
Yes, I was brought up Catholic.

burn baby burn

Smelling wood burning, walking out on the deck than looking down from the deck above and seeing a burning chiminea. Love the look of a fire, looking down on one gives you a new prospective, see the spark coming up from the chiminea? isn't that cool. I know it's a little blurry but it's hard to brace the camera in the dark and breath at the same time.
