hand and boot

It was a beautiful sunny day so off to the park we went.  It's always great to see my kiddos running around and playing, wearing themselves out so they will sleep well, but sometimes T gets tired and needs to sit down and rest for a bit, being only 4 it's bound to happen once in awhile.  It's a wonder she ever sits down, the girl is always on the move doing something.  Being a hemiparesis has never slowed her down and I don't think it ever will!

I confess; I did set it up a bit, when she sat down I made her put her hand on her "boot" the shadows where oh so cool against her leg.

kylie dog

Kylie is an old dog, a Yorkie. She's loves to find comfy things to lie down on.  Can't make it up on the couch any more, but she can lay down on the girls couch and hunker down and go to sleep, that is when they're not on it or if Chomper isn't in her spot.  LOL

Edd is in kindergarten and in kindergarten now they have homework to do.  WOW!  When did kindergartners start having homework to do every night?  Here she is doing some math problems, she's using scrap paper because this isn't really something that the teacher assigned but something she wanted to do on her own.

So I got a little arty-farty with this photo. I'm sure it wasn't Edd who was eating the apple but T, Edd just happened to be there when I took the photo.  I like the way it turned out.  I'm getting better with my photoshopping (is that even a word?).  Have camera will take photo of just about anything.  LOL  What do ya think?

bye bye Vito

So my parents come down and fell in love with Vito, but then who won't?  He's a great pooch, loves to sit on the couch and cuddle as much as he can.  They were saying how great he was and how they would love to have him.  My oldest ~who's dog it was~ said something about if they wanted him than they could have him for awhile as she and her boyfriend look for a place.  It's kind of weird not having that little mutt around.  Bye,-bye Vito we'll miss you.

We got to see baby R.  I love the outfit her momma put her in a purple tutu and a skull shirt.  Love it!  And the cutest thing is she's walking at 9 months old.  LOL  So cute to see her take steps and not be too sure about those wee little steps she takes.  She's not a baby any more if she's walking, they grow up so fast!  :-(

Red...red...Edd likes red

My daughter loves the color red and this dress is her very favorite thing to wear....all...the...time!  I had her put it on so I could do a photo shoot with her in it before she go to big for it.  Of course her little sister had to get on the fun too.  Here's an out take of the two of them.  Shhhhh....this one may be better then the one I put in for i{heart}faces you can take a look at the other entries and see the one I entered with (#449) or you can just go to my other photo blog bluebox photo to see which one I used.

My parents came in tonight dad brought in this wonderful clock that he made for baby H.  It's it great?!  I love the fact that my family is so handy and crafty.  Hand made things are the best!!!

Woke up to snow on the ground and the first thing out of Edd's head is "It snowed, NO SCHOOL!" sorry to disappoint you, there is school today. "Awwwww!"  it was pretty on the way to Marietta is morning.

 I didn't know what to take this day and I was thinking and thinking what I should take a photo of.  My beautiful oldest daughter said Oh...oh...momma take this picture, no from this angle.  This will be a really cool pic!"  And she was right Love the angles of the way the cups line up, the way the spoon looks and how the colors are a pattern.

5lb weight

Ever just have one of those weird ideas?  And you can't get it out of your mind and makes you giggle? I look down and see my little dragon by my computer and thought it would be a cool thing to photograph...but doing what or with what?  It's not very interesting sitting by my computer screen so that was out.  Hmmmm....what to do, what to do?  I looked around and got that idea!  yep, took my lazy butt off away from my computer long enough to set up the shot of this little dragon and a 5lb weight. Took about 10 photos before deciding on this one, photoshoped it a little bit and posted it.  The best thing is it turned out cuter then I thought.  LOL

lots of birthday cake cake!  Okay maybe not cake or cupcake but it's lots of Lego cakes that I made for T's birthday party.  What do you think?  Think 3-5 year olds would love something like this?  Well I can tell you that they did and so did their mothers!  I'm pretty proud of it, thankyouverymuch!!! :-)

birthday girl

Four years ago I gave birth to my last child, my baby, the sunshine of my life, my baby T.  What a beautiful baby she was, such round kissable cheeks and a head full of blond blond hair.  Her cheeks aren't as round and her hair is still blond and of course she gets more beautiful each day.  I love my T!

tired eyes

Going to be late, waking up early and no naps makes kiddos very tired. You can see it in their eyes.  Ahhhh, but the good thing is when bed time rolled around they were more then happy to crawl into their covers snuggle down and go to sleep.
