took this photos of my girls in some fairy wings I had.  I'm looking for some people of any age who want to wear the wings and have me take their photos.  I know that these aren't great photos but I can do better, just need someone who wants to take a chance and let me take their photos in them.

Two days after the big storm they wanted to play at the playground.  I love being able to see them at the playground that is until the tree gets leaves and then I'll be out there with them.  Remember when we were kids and we left first thing in the morning and only returned when we were hungry or thirsty and no one freaked out about it.  Ya, wish the girls could do that.  My older ones remember doing that too.  My how times have changed.

T found her monkey again, put it on the table to get something out of the kitchen and forgot it. Thought it was too cute not to take a photo of it. 

new phone

 I finally got a new phone.  I mean the last time I got a new phone was about 5+ years ago.  Everyone been after me to get one.  I finally, broke down and got one because the bottoms on the old one weren't working right.  BUT the good thing is I get text ~still not sure that's good thing~ and I can show people my photos when I tell them I do photography.  :D

no snow today

...and this is what it looked like the next day after the big snow storm.    no winter pics this year! :-(  If you look at the playground I think one kid is wearing shorts.

we didn't get much snow in the winter but now that spring has sprung we got a few inches.  The top photo is from about 9:15 in the morning and it was still snowing.  The bottom one is from around 7:45pm.  I had to work this day so I didn't get a chance to take the girls out to play in the white stuff.  I was bummed, I kept wishing that I wasn't there so I could *finely* get some wonderful snow pix.   The temp started off about 32* and I think when I got home it was in the high 40's.  Yeah, well maybe next season.

we got fish for Edd, I've always wanted to get fish for my older 2 but hubby was never it to having them in the house.  After realizing that *I* would be the one who told care of all the buying and cleaning I thought why not.  So we got some fish for the girls' room.

Tower power!!  Yes, T struck again.  Now that she's 6 she graduated to the real Lego.  I loved it so much I decided to use it for my cover on my fb page.

duck face?  really Edd do you have to this for just about every photo you take?  I like to think she's giving kisses or at least that's what I think she's thinks she's doing.  But you have to admit she has some really pretty eyes.

 A long time ago in a far away land this picture was taken of my oldest daughter for her passport photo.  It looks older then it really is but much time has passed since she's been this little.  She now has two little ones of her own and her second son looks like her.  Her first one looks like a copy of his father.

lunch time for me.  I love Japanese udon noodles and since no one was home but me, I ate them in front of the computer before the girls came home so could not tell me that I shouldn't eat in front of the computer. LOL

yes sir, I have an addiction. both hubby and I have an addiction to Candy Crush Saga on facebook, it is also an app on our ipads and my phone.  Like I said yes sir I have an addiction.  LOL

a little graffiti on the walls

I was painting my wall this night and decided to do a little graffiti on the walls, hoping that hubby would be walking through the door at any second and get a smile seeing this after a long day at work....

 nope, not yet so I made dinner and than wrote this...~there is suppose to be a space between be (and) loved

He was working late so he didn't get a chance to see it :-(  because I really wanted to make sure I finished painting the wall before I went to bed, I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and if I didn't finish it up that night, I would have left it for days. 

homemade coffee table

Saw something this on Pinterest so I decided to do something like it myself.
bought 2 regular crates and 2 with drawers at Joann's for $11 and $15 but used 4 coupons for 50% off each (yeah me!).

painted it using an old technique using vinegar and steel wool ~let it sit for a few days before using in a glass jar.  It's not toxic, but it will smell like vinegar so I painted it outside on the deck.

 color of stain darkens as time go by, when you start it doesn't look like any thing.

 let it dry for a few hours before gluing it together.

 you're going to need weights to hold it down so it will stick together.

Hanging out with the family after a long day of working.  Don't worry when dinner was called eyeballs opened and he had time to spend with all of us.  :-)
