Department of having a good time

having a day...not a good one but not a bad one either and saw this as I was in the parking lot of the grocery store.  I love what it says "Department of Having a Good Time" and thought it would be nice to just take it and go.  But nope, had to do the right thing and go in and get food for the family's dinner that night.
