being crafty at some school function that had to do with science.  the girls had fun that's all that matters...oh and they did learn some thing~shhhhh don't tell them.  LOL

homemade photo ledge for light frames

 wanted to make a picture ledge cause I didn't want to spend tons of money to buy one.

Have a few some photos that I wanted to use as you can see.  I went out and bought some molding mounts and used some left over homemade stain from when I made the coffee table.

I screwed up and nailed the mounting brackets on the wrong side, need to do it on the long side not short one, so I had to take it out..

than I painted it, it always looks like it's too light but it does darken up quiet a bit.

level it than hang LIGHT FRAMES on the shelve and it looks pretty good.  If anyone wants to see what I hung up let me know.  ;-)
