Boy it's hot out!  but before it got too hot we went to the park.  As I was sitting watching my kiddos ~I am NOT a helicopter parent~ I thought these shapes were really cool.  Made me think of those letter people photographed to make names out of every day objects.

 And yet another day where we did something beside the pool and the beach.  On this day we went to the Lost Colony and the Elizabeth Gardens.  A cool thing is they wanted to take a photo of the kids for some advertisement for the Lost Colony and the first one is what suppose to go in the local paper. 

 We had so much fun at the Gardens walking around and being silly taking in the beauty of the gardens.  I also throw in a photo of me that my sister took.

Love this photo!

Love this photo!  I did a photo session with 3 great kiddos all in black in white.  Okay I really shot in color.  But it's was suppose to be a B&W shoot.  I love the way this one turned out.  He was a bit shy and didn't want to do a lot of smile.  I told him to just look at the camera and stick his tongue out to see if it would make him smile.  Yes, I got him to smile some, but really only when he was with his brother and sister.  Those turned out great.  took about 245 photos and had to narrow it down to under 30.  That was hard, but I did it.

yeah, they screwed up

Love the fact that we didn't know about this 9 years ago.  T made the toilet overflow by putting to much toilet paper in the toilet.  Not only did she overflow the toilet but it also leaked ~big time~ down stairs into the livingroom.  WELL we found out that it just wasn't her fault.  Some idiot screwed a screw into the pipe!  YEP someone screwed up over 9 years ago when putting in the tub, 9 years of drip, drip drip into the floorboard rotting a small bit of the floor every day.  I guess it's better to have found out this way then having a tub full of water come crashing into the living room.

Wanted: 2 young knights, princess, tinkerbell

Wanted: 2 knights outfits waiting on some little ones to make them come alive and maybe a princess and/or a Tinkerbell.  

I made these outfits and would love to take photos of your little one in one of these make believe clothes.  
size 6months-2 yrs for the tinkerbell outfit, 
about 18-2 1/2 yrs for the purple princess outfit
The 2 brave knights need to be around 2-5 years of age to fight the make believe dragons. Okay I admit I didn't make the knight outfits I did buy them, but I have tons of ideas for them.

I've got an idea or 4 for these outfits, just need a few little ones to fill them.  :-)

silly cousins

or it could be called "cousins being silly."  LOL  Just before we left to go back home we got all the cousins together to get in a few more photos.  And of course there was one or two didn't want their picture taken so I say make a silly face.  I think they did a really good job at it, don't you?  LOL
