All done!  and it took only 5 days from start to finish to get it done.  Yay me!  I did most of the work myself, I did have a bit of help with cutting the tiles but I did most of the work!

It was taking forever for me to remove the tiles from the bathroom floor....light bulb get a power tool, a mini jackhammer!  What a fun fun tool!  Made the tiles come up like it was nothing.  Took me around 30 minutes to get them up with this little baby!  Big mess but worth it in the end!

Don't you hate it when shit happens or falls apart or just breaks down over time?  yep that's what happened here.  Drip, drip, drip and it made more then a little mess.  So it was decided on to gut the bathroom and make it all better.  Here's the first part in the gutting remove the old toilet.

bubbling mead

Mead bubbling that's what happens after you add the yeast to make it into alcoholic, not pretty and doesn't smell so great, but in a few weeks we'll re-bottle it and it will look and smell better.

Now this is the way to drink mead!  Doesn't that look yummy?  And it was adding berries and a bit of apple cider makes it all the better!

....oh and we just started a new batch of mead that should be drinkable in a couple of months or so.

homemade wallet

I hate carrying around a purse but I need something to carry my IDs in so I decided to make my own.  My son is the same way so I made him one too. This is it.  Not bad, if you're just looking to for something to hold a little bit of money, business cards and your ID.  He loves it as much as I love mine.

sitting pretty?

Hanging at a park in Harrisburg VA waiting on poppa to get there.  Not sure what this little girl is doing, pouting or playing, but I love the way she's sitting.  I swear as an adult if I sat like that I would need a crane to get me up and a few x-rays to see if I broke any bones.  LOL
